  The customer service here is really terrific. From the first phone call, to the pick-up, and then on how they handled a return, every contact with Bigrock has been great. Even the guys on the loading dock, were super friendly and helpful. As an example: Just today, I was racing to get to their shop and traffic was crazy. I called and left a message letting them know I was on my way and that I’d be pushing it right to closing time. I got there with only a minute to spare and saw the dock crew all outside by the doors. I was ready for them to tell me I was too late, but to the contrary, they were there with all my paperwork ready to go and greeted me with a smile and jumped to help get loaded. No question about it. I’ll use Bigrock again every time.
